FB-0437 (carbon fiber-blended cyclic olefin)

Characteristics

e-mateX®FB-0437 is antistatic material composed of special cyclic olefinic material and carbon fiber. All in all, the material is superior in terms of low outgassing, low elution ion, abrasion resistance, dimension stability, chemical proof, and stiffness. We have developed low-cost materials having comparable performance to existing PEEK one. In case heat resistance is required, a heat-stable grade is available.
